Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains what data 29VPN handles across its website, user panel, and network acceleration service, why it is handled, and how users can manage it.

Data Collection and Use

No email address is required to create a 29VPN account; a username and password are sufficient. The service handles account identifiers, authentication credentials, and account status to provide login verification, subscription delivery, security checks, and user panel features. Authentication credentials are used only to identify accounts and protect access.

When a subscription is purchased, the system stores order items, payable and paid status, payment channel, transaction result, refund status, and necessary billing references. These records confirm service periods, resolve order disputes, apply the refund policy, and meet necessary billing administration requirements. To apply plan traffic rules, the system also records account-level traffic totals used; these totals do not include destinations or transmitted content.

The website may process page views, referring pages, browser type, device category, and error information to check whether pages work properly, investigate abnormal requests, and improve content structure. This website operations data is handled separately from content accessed through network acceleration routes.

No-Logs Position

29VPN follows an anonymous no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit, which online services they use, or which queries they submit, and does not retain transmitted content or lists of destinations. International routes do not process connection data to build personal browsing profiles, analyze access preferences, or deliver targeted content.

During network transmission, infrastructure may process technical signals needed in real time to maintain connections, complete routing, measure traffic, and handle faults. These signals are not retained as long-term connection logs that could trace individual browsing activity. Account traffic totals, service status, and security event records are used only to deliver subscriptions, maintain systems, and handle anomalies, not to reconstruct specific access content.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website and user panel may use Cookies or browser local storage to save login status, language preferences, interface settings, and necessary security markers. This data keeps sessions continuous, remembers user choices, and reduces repeated actions. If necessary storage is disabled, login, language switching, or some user panel features may not work properly.

Identifiers used for analytics should serve only website operations analysis and anomaly investigation. Users can clear Cookies and local storage through browser settings; doing so removes saved sessions and preferences, requiring a new login or renewed settings selection.

Payment Processing and Data Retention

29VPN supports Alipay, WeChat, and USDT. Payment confirmation is handled by the payment channel selected by the user or its corresponding network, and the relevant provider receives information needed to complete the transaction under its own policies. 29VPN receives the transaction result and necessary identifiers used to reconcile the order, without expanding collection to handle payment credentials. Before using a payment channel, users should also review the provider’s privacy rules.

Account information is retained for as long as the account exists and as needed to provide the service. Order and refund records are retained as needed to process transactions, disputes, and necessary billing matters. Analytics and security records are deleted, aggregated, or de-identified after their operational purposes are complete. Residual data in backups leaves active use through normal backup rotation and is no longer used for daily business operations.

Data Management and Policy Updates

Users can view available account and order information in the user panel, or request correction or deletion of account-linked data through the ticket portal. After receiving a request, 29VPN first verifies control of the account before processing eligible deletions. Information that must remain due to open orders, refund disputes, security incidents, or necessary billing requirements will be restricted to those purposes and handled after the relevant purpose ends.

Deleting account-linked data may make subscription delivery, historical order lookup, and related user panel features unavailable. Aggregated statistics that can no longer reasonably be linked to an individual account are not affected by account deletion.

This policy may be revised when service features, data practices, or applicable rules change, with the update date shown on this page. Changes that materially affect user rights or data uses will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Users should review the latest version before continuing to use the service.
