IEPL focuses on placing the cross-border segment on a more controlled transmission path. Your device first connects to a local entry point, then data travels along the controlled link to an international exit, reducing the number of unpredictable sections on the public network. This arrangement is well suited to sustained video meetings, extended remote desktop sessions, repository synchronization and large file transfers where session continuity matters.
Dedicated-route resources generally cost more to build and maintain than ordinary paths, making them a better fit when stability is the priority. They do not mean “always faster in every environment”: local access quality, wireless interference and the target service can still affect performance. Choose the exit region first, then compare IEPL and relay routes within that region.
