Terms of Service

These terms apply to users who access or use the 29VPN website, user panel, and subscription services. Please read and understand the following terms before using the service. Creating an account, activating a subscription, or continuing to use the service means that the user agrees to use the relevant features in accordance with these terms. If the user disagrees with any provision, the service should not be used.

Service Content and Scope

29VPN provides network acceleration and international route subscription services for cross-border access, supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. The service includes account management, plan activation, subscription delivery, route access, and related usage support. Current network coverage includes 110+ countries / 210+ routes. Available regions, route types, and connection status are based on the information shown in the user panel at the time.

Routes may be used to access international websites, collaborate remotely, watch streaming content, and carry out other lawful online activities. Connection performance may vary by region, access network, device system, and destination service. 29VPN may adjust route entry points based on maintenance, capacity planning, and network conditions, without changing the basic billing rules of an active subscription.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users should keep their login credentials secure and are responsible for actions taken under their accounts. If a username, password, or subscription information may have been exposed, credentials should be changed promptly and the subscription status checked in the user panel.

There is no limit on the number of devices that may be online simultaneously. This arrangement supports reasonable personal use across different devices and does not permit reselling, renting, publicly distributing, or sharing account or subscription information with unspecified third parties. Users may not split and sell subscriptions or continuously provide routes to third parties through managed access, public access, or other means. The account holder is responsible for consequences caused by unauthorized sharing, including traffic consumption, credential exposure, or account anomalies.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading during a billing period, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. The user panel is the source of record for specific plans, remaining traffic, activation dates, and order status.

Compliant Use Requirements

When using the service, users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and in relevant service regions, and independently confirm that their access and usage methods meet local requirements. The service must not be used for unlawful purposes, including infringing others’ lawful rights, accessing systems without authorization, distributing illegal content, committing fraud, interfering with network facilities, or evading legitimate security measures of third-party services.

Users must also follow the service rules of the websites, applications, and content platforms they access. Restrictions imposed by third-party platforms on accounts, content, regions, or access methods are determined independently by those platforms. 29VPN does not control their rules and does not guarantee continuous access to any third-party content.

Service Availability and Liability

29VPN performs necessary maintenance on international routes, the user panel, and subscription delivery features. Maintenance, route switching, local network fluctuations, device configuration changes, upstream network failures, and events beyond reasonable control may cause connection interruptions, speed changes, or temporary unavailability in some regions. The service is provided according to actual conditions and makes no commitments beyond these terms regarding continuous availability of specific routes, fixed speeds, or access results on third-party platforms.

Users are responsible for maintaining their device systems, client configurations, and account credentials, and should keep necessary data backups before important work. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 29VPN is not liable for indirect losses caused by user configuration errors, exposed credentials, third-party platform changes, local network restrictions, or events beyond reasonable control. If an issue concerns subscription delivery or route status, users may verify and handle it using the information provided in the user panel.

Account Suspension and Termination

If a user violates these terms, resells a subscription, publicly shares credentials, interferes with service operations, uses the service for unlawful activities, or causes an ongoing impact on other users, 29VPN may restrict relevant features, suspend the account, or terminate the service based on the nature of the issue. Usage and order records in the user panel may be reviewed before or after action is taken.

Users may stop renewing their subscriptions, but stopping use does not automatically cancel orders that have already taken effect. After an account is suspended or terminated, users may not create duplicate accounts to continue the same violation. Orders and security records that must be retained by law will be handled in accordance with the privacy policy and applicable requirements; other account information will be managed according to the actual service process.

Changes to Terms and Refund Guidance

29VPN may revise these terms due to changes in service scope, technical conditions, compliance requirements, or operating procedures. Updated content will be published on this page, and the update date at the top will be changed accordingly. Material changes to user rights or usage methods will receive reasonable notice through the website or user panel. Continuing to use the service means accepting the updated terms.

Refund rules are set out in a separate policy: users may request a full, no-questions-asked refund within 60 days of the first payment. Please see the Refund Policy for eligibility, scope, and instructions. If the Refund Policy conflicts with these terms, the Refund Policy governs matters concerning refunds.
